Here's Events To Know In Douglas Co.
Food and fellowship will be the focus of two upcoming events that will be hosted in Douglas County.
DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA — Authorities will bring the community together at two upcoming events centered on food and fellowship.
- First up is Foodie Fridays, an event solely hosted by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
Andre's Chicago Dogs, Beef, 'Que and More will be set up at the Douglas County Sheriff's Office from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. The sheriff's office is located at 8470 Earl D. Lee Blvd. in Douglasville.

- Then, the sheriff's office will partner with Douglas County District 4 Commissioner Mark Alcarez to organize the St. Andrews Neighborhood Cookout.
The free event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Oct. 3, at The Lakes at St. Andrews, located at 8531 St. Andrews Pkwy. in Winston.
