Join The Welcome Home For Douglasville's Olympian
A welcome home celebration is planned for hometown hero and three-time Olympic Medalist bobsled athlete Elana Meyers Taylor.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA – Douglas County and the City of Douglasville have announced a welcome home celebration honoring hometown hero, three-time Olympic Medalist and two-time World Champion bobsled athlete Elana Meyers Taylor for winning the Silver medal at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games.
The event will be held Monday, March 12 at 6 p.m. at the Arbor Place Mall, food court area, 6700 Douglas Blvd, Douglasville, Ga. 30135. The public is invited to attend.
A private meet and greet will occur at 5:30 p.m. with guests as well as a press conference at 5:45 p.m. on the lower level of the Arbor Place Mall next to the Sears entrance.
