Larry Bolen Vigil To Be Held At Lithia Springs High School
A candlelight vigil to remember Douglas County teacher Larry Bolen will be held at Lithia Springs High School Friday night.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA – A candlelight vigil to remember Douglas County teacher Larry Bolen will be held at Lithia Springs High School Friday night, from 7 to 9 p.m. on the track/football field at Lithia Springs High School, located at 2520 E. County Line Rd.
Nearly three years after a Douglas County teacher went missing, Bolen's remains were found last week. He went for a walk near Hunter Memorial Park three years ago and vanished without a trace. His remains were found off Interstate 20 by some teens near Bright Star Road.
The candlelight vigil was organized by Krystal Horne, a former student. The event celebrates his life.
