Most Money Recovered, FBI Still Searches For At Least 2 Robbers

Two have been arrested and the FBI is looking for others who violently robbed a bank in Woodbury, Georgia, using an AR-15 and other weapons.

WOODBURY, GA – The FBI reported at approximately 7 p.m. Friday night that most of the money had been recovered but agents still need the public's help to locate at least two bank robbers involved in the armed robbery.

Two men have been arrested and at least two more people are at large in a violent takeover-style bank robbery Wednesday at a United Bank, located in Woodbury, Georgia, according to the FBI.

Derrick R. Scott, 26, of Augusta, and Antavious Bray, 29, of Greenville, were arrested Thursday after the robbery that occurred at the United Bank, located at 33 Jones Mill Road.

At approximately 12:25 p.m., three people, two armed with handguns and the third armed with an AR-15 rifle, entered the bank and forced employees to the ground at gunpoint and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying two or more possible people involved with the robbery. United Bank is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those people.

One of the unidentified people is described as wearing a camouflage ball cap, gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, and carrying a gray backpack. His face was fully covered but the robbers were captured by cameras.

There is no description of the other person, who is believed to be the driver of the getaway vehicle, described as a 2010-2013 black Chevrolet Impala, which was also captured on camera.
