Lawrence Eugene Cook, Jr., age 51 of Carrollton, passed away , Sunday, June 7, 2015. He was born August 30, 1963 in Fulton Co., GA to Myrtice Cook Felch and the late, Lawrence Eugene Cook, Sr. He worked as a warehouse manager for the Mallory Alexander International Co., and attended the Shepherd of the Hills UMC.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Felch and his brother, Jimmy Felch.

Survivors are his wife, Loretta Lynn Fort Cook, mother: Myrtice Cook Felch and step-father, Wendall George Felch; children are: David and Krystal Cook, Jodi & Aaron Belcher, Jessica Carden & Wayne Murray, Courtney Olah, Andy & Angel Adair and Robert Cook; sisters and brothers-in-law: Cindi & Jim Bartlett, Donna and John Phagen and Cheryl Belusak; ten grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd of the Hills UMC with Rev. Lisa Dempsey and Rev. Adam Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Mozley Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the church, Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour of 11:00 AM.
