Missing Douglas County Teen Has Been Found
Daysia Jones, 17, had been last seen by her mother on October 14.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Douglas County teen who had been missing since mid-October has been found, authorities said Friday.
Daysia Jones, 17, has been located after being reported missing on October 21. Her mother said at the time that she hadn't seen the teen since October 14.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office did not release details of how Jones was located. But a missing-person report had said she was believed to be in Starkville, Mississippi, with her father, William Jones.
