Mrs. Helen Elizabeth Arnold Duren, 93, of Douglasville
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at 2 p.m. from Hightower's Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Helen Elizabeth Arnold Duren, age 93, of Douglasville, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014. She was born on August 28, 1921, in Powder Springs, Georgia, the daughter of the late James Pinkney Arnold and the late Lucy Clonts Arnold. She worked many years as an Order Filler for Sears and she was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William Othel Duren; granddaughter, Jennifer Saladino; and her son-in-law, Vincent Colombo.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Vicki and Eugene Cooper of Douglasville, and Terry Colombo of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Cathy Duren of Douglasville; sisters, Ruby McCullough of Columbus, Georgia and Dot Ellis of Dallas, Georgia; grandchildren and spouses: Tracy and Julie Feltman, Robbie and Lori Saladino, Matthew and Lizette Prater, Joseph Colombo, Nick Colombo, Christy and Brian Moir, Jason and Misty Duren, and Justin and Crystal Duren; 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from Hightower’s Memorial Chapel with Brother Jason Duren officiating. Music will be rendered by Ivan Winslett.
Interment will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Tracy Feltman, Robbie Saladino, Justin Duren, Jason Duren, Nick Colombo, and Brian Moir serving as Pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 14, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 P.M.
