Person Injured In Douglasville Shooting

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A person was shot Thursday afternoon, and authorities say a person is in jail in connection with the shooting.

The shooting took place around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Mill Trace and Pritchards Mill Trail, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

The injury the person sustained was not life-threatening, authorities said.

According to the sheriff's office, there was minor property damage in the shooting.

The case is still being investigated.
