Police Search for Missing Douglas County Teen

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office posted the following missing persons alert on Facebook:

#MISSING: Bowin Rudy, date of birth 09/08/1999. He is 16 years old, 5’06, 140 pounds, dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white polo shirt and khaki pants.
