Police Seeking Interstate 20 Armed Robber

The man is suspected of four armed robberies, including two in Douglas County.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Police are seeking an armed robber they say has robbed at least four stores, including two in Douglas County, along the west end of Interstate 20 in Georgia.

Police in Temple, on the border of Haralson and Carroll counties, say that the man in the photograph walked into two stores in Douglas County and one in Bremen — which also straddles Haralson and Carroll counties — on Sunday and robbed the clerks at gunpoint.

The same suspect is then believed to have robbed the Dollar General store in Temple on Wednesday in a similar manner, police say.
