Silver Line Windows, an Andersen Company, is looking to hire a second shift Production Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing operation.
• BS degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and motivate people.
• Experience working/managing in a lean environment.
