Richard Malcolm Secord, 75, Dies

Richard Malcolm Secord, 75 of Douglasville, passed away Monday, Nov. 25. He was born Aug. 6, 1938 in Jacksonville, FL., but grew up in Waynesboro, GA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm and Harriet Myers Secord.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Secord; daughter, Lisa Swartz and husband Larry; daughter, Teri Pickle and husband Billy; son, Rick Secord and wife Susan; grandchildren, Laura, Erin, Abby, and Clayton; brother, Monroe Secord and wife Mary of Evans, GA; 1 niece and 2 nephews.

Per his wishes, Richard was cremated and the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
