SE Task Force Arrests 2 Douglas County Fugitives
The suspects were arrested in Blountsville, Ala., and Whitfield County, Ga.

Arrested were, according to a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office news release:
Cleddius Marvin Smith, who was wanted on armed robbery charges for an incident in the Thornton Road area in February. Smith was arrested in Blountsville, Ala., March 9 by the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in conjunction with Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He was in the Blount County Jail Friday, awaiting extradition to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

John David Willoughby, wanted on probation violations and suspicion of robbery and theft in Douglas County, was arrested by members of the Southeast Task Force and the county Fugitive Warrant Division during a traffic stop March 11 in Whitfield County. He was in the Whitfield County Jail Friday afternoon.
