The Ride and Marketplace are being held at Harley-Davidson of Atlanta Pavilion and Fred’s Bar-B-Q House, 541 Thornton Road, Lithia Springs. Ride registration begins at 9 a.m. with kick-stands up at 11 a.m. Marketplace hours are 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Space is available in the Marketplace for a total of 30 vendor booths. Vendors may sell non-food products (no resale/flea market/garage sale items). Booth space is $30 each and is for parking lot space only. Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs and signage.

Toys for Tots is a program of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization which serves to fund, raise funds for, and support the program. Captain Herb hosted a toy drive at Fred’s Bar-B-Q House every December since 2002, and Mrs. Emory is continuing the program support with this event and a December toy drive.

The Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy - Douglas County will use the Marketplace vendor registrations to provide appropriate books to Douglas County children from birth through 5 years of age. These books are age appropriate and are designed to stimulate brain development and encourage reading and literacy in the early years so that the children will be prepared for formal education when they reach kindergarten and school age. All funds raised will go to benefit Douglas County children. Mrs. Emory serves on the Board of Ferst Foundation - Douglas County.

The event is open to the public with free admission.
