Social Services Specialist Needed

The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) is seeking candidates for Social Services Protect and Placement Specialist (SSPPS) positions in West Georgia.

Requirements:

• Ideal social service experience include: Case management experience in child welfare and/or foster care Case management experience that involves working with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and/or communities with the goal of behavioral changes.
• Law enforcement experience in areas related to DFCS: Family/domestic violence, investigations, or interventions involving children or substance abuse.
