Spring Recycling Event
Clean out that messy garage or basement this spring with Keep Douglasville Beautiful.

Twice a year, Keep Douglasville Beautiful hosts an E-waste and scrap metal recycling event. This event is open to all residents of Douglas County.
You do not have to live in the city to take advantage. All you have to do, is load up your car or truck and drive to First Presbyterian Church of Douglasville. The volunteers will happily unload your vehicle for you. The event will last from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., located on Campbellton Street at I-20.
KDB is partnering with the Lyons club to recycle prescription glasses. They use the frames to make glasses for people who have no access to them. And, this spring, KDB will be taking shoes and slightly used household items to Loving Hands. Loving Hands works hard for the less fortunate here in Douglas County.
