'Taste Of Douglasville' Set For Saturday

The festival, which features local restaurants and businesses as well as live entertainment, runs from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. in Douglasville.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Get ready to chow down, Douglasville.

Taste of Douglasville, sponsored by the City of Douglasville and the Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/Douglas County, is set for Saturday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Easily one of the community's most popular events of the year, Taste of Douglasville is a restaurant and business showcase that features live entertainment on two stages and community booths for products and services.

There also will be a children's entertainment, art and exploration area. The event helps support the Cultural Arts Council, which provide school programs, affordable spring and summer arts camps, free school performances and spring and fall concerts for the whole family, among other offerings.

The festival will be in downtown Douglasville, at 6695 Church St.
