Track Star Opens Fitness Camps Here

Cortez Adams, owner of Godly Wellness, and a former USA Track & Field All American, is hosting a series of Real Results Boot Camps right here in Douglasville.

A new business has come to Douglasville focused on making you a better you, inside and out. Cortez Adams, owner of Godly Wellness, and a former USA Track & Field All American, is hosting a series of Real Results Boot Camps right here in Douglasville. He and his wife, Renay, are both physical trainers and nutritionists that have developed a system to motivate and inspire people to get fit and stay healthy. Their boot camps are designed to be effective for everyone, beginners and advanced enthusiasts, alike.

As nutritionists, the Adams provide nutritional consultations as part of the Boot Camp program. Adams says he typically meets with each individual at least once for a comprehensive wellness consultation. In each consultation, Adams works with the individual to identify health and fitness goals for that person and then translates those objectives into a nutrition and fitness plan to achieve those goals. Adams leads similar boot camps in Sandy Springs and has already seen results. His clients have balanced their blood sugar levels, lost weight, lowered cholesterol, and regulated their blood pressure after just 90 days in boot camp.

In addition to exercise and nutritional support, Godly Wellness offers premium supplements as part of the regimen. After a long battle with various health concerns, Adams pursued a healthy lifestyle, and learned that supplements are almost necessary for wellness in our society. Not only are our foods not as nutrient-rich as they once were, but supplements sold at typical retail outlets are full of low-quality fillers. He has sought out premium manufacturers of quality supplements, and provides access to those high quality vitamins and minerals to his clients.

As the name, Godly Wellness, implies, there is also a motivational and Christian element to the Real Results Boot Camps. Each session is started with a moment of silence to allow participants to reflect on wellness from a Christian standpoint before beginning exercise.

If you are the leader of a church or large organization, the Godly Wellness team has experience with that, too. In the past, they led a 900 person boot camp in Sandy Springs. That's a lot of push-ups.
