Cornhole is an easy game played by two teams of two people, some call it “bean bag toss.” Cornhole can be found being played while tailgating for your favorite team or at neighborhood cookout. Players take turns throwing bean bags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end and points are scored by the beanbag landing on the platform or in the hole. It is an easy, fun game and great for all ages.

Players will be vying for the title of tournament champion as well as a $500 cash prize. The double-elimination tournament will begin at 11 a.m., with registration beginning at 10 a.m. (pre-registration is required and payment must be received by Monday, May 11, 2015).

Registration is $50 for each team of two or $35 for Chamber Members.

In addition to the Cornhole Tournament, food, drinks will be available for purchase for those attending including Bojangles’, Shane’s Rib Shack, and Kona Ice. Live music will be provided by JADJ Services. The tournament is a rain or shine event.
