Flash Flood Warning in Duluth on Friday
Heavy rain expected this morning and early afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

A flash flood warning has been issued for the area until 2:15 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
A thunderstorm producing heavy rain is moving through the region, with up to 2 inches already fallen.
“Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly,” the NWS noted at 8:15 a.m.

Locations in the warning area include Cumming, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Milton, Duluth, Suwanee, Buford and more.
Residents are encouraged to move to higher ground and to report flooding to the NWS at 866-763-4466.
