He joins six other accomplished musicians and educators as GSU expands its School of Music faculty, giving local students more chances to study with active performers shaping Atlanta's music scene.
   

• Former Georgia golfer files lawsuit against NCAA to get extra season (dawgnation.com) — A former University of Georgia golfer who grew up in Duluth is suing the NCAA for an extra year of eligibility under its new five-for-five rule. His case follows a broader legal fight over 2022 athletes' eligibility and could determine whether he competes for the Bulldogs this fall.
