More than 21 million Americans are currently impacted by drug and alcohol addiction. The COVID-19 crisis has exacerbated addiction issues, and families are feeling the negative effects more than ever. The addiction epidemic is outpacing resources for addiction treatment, and families that include a loved one struggling with addiction are often forced to remain home together for extended periods of time. HAMSA, a unique program offering addiction and recovery support through a Jewish lens, recognizes that support for these families is crucial.
This FREE event is open to the Atlanta community and beyond. It is available to anybody impacted by addiction, their families and allies.
