Rotary Club of Dunwoody announces charity golf tournament

Dunwoody, GA - The Rotary Club of Dunwoody is excited to announce their inaugural charity golf tournament, “FORE! the Memories,” will be taking place on May 16, 2022 beginning at 9:00AM. This tournament will benefit Alzheimer’s The Longest Day Program and other community charities and will be hosted at the St. Marlo Country Club in Duluth, GA.

Golfers can register as a single player, or as a part of a team of four. Prizes will be offered in various categories including Longest Drive for Men and Women, Closest to the Pin for Men and Women, a Putting Contest Prize, a Hole-in-One Prize, as well as First, Second and Third Place Team Prizes which will be presented at the awards reception following the tournament. The awards reception will also feature heavy hors D’oerves and a silent auction which will include destination packages and sports memorabilia. Tournament sponsorships are available at various levels with options for both corporate and individual gifting. Each golfer will receive a tournament hat and a box lunch. Goody Bags will be available for purchase that will contain drink coupons, mulligans, putting contest entry ticket and a sleeve of tournament golf balls.

Proceeds will benefit those affected by Alzheimer's disease to provide support and care to patients, and to drive research toward treatment, prevention, and ultimately, a cure as well as other community charities. Registration is now open at www.RCDGolfTournament.com.
