• East Point police cruiser involved in crash (fox5atlanta.com) — An East Point police officer was hospitalized Monday after a crash on East Cleveland Avenue, where medics loaded the alert officer into an ambulance as multiple police and emergency vehicles secured the scene. Another vehicle with a heavily damaged front end was also involved, but officials have not yet released details on how the collision happened or the conditions of those injured.
   

• Microsoft Is Camouflaging 20+ Data Centers As Nature, While Signing a 20-Year Gas Deal (gadgetreview.com) — Microsoft is planning a major data center campus in East Point that will feature walking trails, mature trees, and native plants to help visually screen the facility. The project is part of a broader Microsoft push to pair ecological restoration with rapid data center expansion, even as the company's overall emissions and long-term natural gas commitments draw growing scrutiny.
