• GBI Arrests Former Jasper Police Officer on Multiple Charges (fetchyournews.com) — A former Jasper Police Department officer has been arrested on multiple charges after a state investigation into an alleged on-duty altercation inside a resident's home. The GBI says the case remains open and is asking anyone with information to contact its Cleveland office or tip line as prosecutors review the findings for possible further action.
