Johns Creek police say Robert Franklin Oates was discovered late Sunday by authorities with the Chamblee Police Department, the agency said on its Facebook page.
Oates was originally last seen around 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at his home off Summer Creek Drive. Johns Creek police subsequently issued a Mattie’s Call to help locate Oates, who police say suffers from dementia and could become ”easily lost and confused.”
