The woman who was behind the wheel of a van which plowed into a Kennesaw restaurant and killed one teenager inside will not face charges for the deadly accident.

According to WSB-TV, police will not charge 67-year-old Carol Shipley of Woodstock for the death of 19-year-old William Barton, who was inside the restaurant when Shipley’s van crashed through the wall of the Buffalo Wild Wings on Barrett Parkway on Feb. 6.

Police said that Shipley was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the incident, and had hit the gas instead of the brake when attempting to park her white 2014 Chrysler Town and Country at the restaurant.

A second victim, 22-year-old Lindsey Terronez of Marietta, was taken to Kennestone Hospital and received treatment for non life-threatening injuries.
