One of the incidents took place in September. Another took place this month.

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of a Kennesaw woman accused of taking gift cards, electronics and other goods from residents of the Lakeside Vista Apartments as far back as September.
Together, the stolen items had an estimated value of more than $3,000, according to Cobb County criminal warrants.
In the September incident, a resident allowed Allison Rose Formby and her juvenile daughter inside his unit, according to one of the warrants.

The resident and Formby went on the patio to smoke while the juvenile watched television inside the residence. At some point, records show, Formby went back inside the residence to check on her daughter.
"The next day, (the resident) checked the gift cards and noticed Visa gift card No. 9645 was missing," authorities wrote in one of the warrants. "(The resident) stated that after that date Formby avoided him."

Records show that Formby told officers at the time that she took the $100 gift card to buy food.
Earlier this month, Formby was allegedly involved in another incident. Money, jewelry, DVDs, CDs, a Wii game system, Samsung cell phone, Hewlett-Packard computer, Guitar Hero, Visio Blue Ray Player, Kodak digital camera, Samsung battery, suitcase and game system cords valued at $2,975.79 were taken from another residence, according to a second warrant.
"(The residents) stated that there was no one else who had access to the residence," authorities wrote in that warrant.
An online check revealed that Formby pawned the phone. Another check at an Acworth Game Stop "showed a transaction by Ms. Formby of exact items listed by the (residents) as stolen," records show.
Formby faces two theft by taking charges.
