GC Soul Line Dance Supports Live Healthy Gwinnett

GC Soul Line Dance has joined the Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Live Healthy Gwinnett movement to promote positive lifestyle changes in our communities. This is a year-round initiative and GC Soul Line Dance is proud to be a part of this program.

We will collaborate with parks and recreation to introduce line dancing for fun and fitness to the Gwinnett community and incorporate line dancing activities at Live Healthy Gwinnett sponsored events.

Line dancing is more than just an aerobic activity; it’s a social enabler. It provides an opportunity for community members to get together, meet new people and build relationships. Healthwise it can improve your cardiovascular, reduce the risk of developing preventable ailments; help can improve balance, confidence and memory. All of which play an important role in achieving total wellness.
