CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT

Note from WCSO: Due to the fact that Entering Autos have increased we are asking everyone to please make sure all doors are locked and all important items are removed from the vehicle.

Zone 1
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Monroe Jersey Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Zone 2
Nothing reported.

Zone 3
Juvenile Complaint – Juveniles reportedly riding four wheelers in the roadway on Randolph Still Rd. Contact made with juveniles. Juveniles were riding in a safe manner but were advised to stay out of the roadway.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Locklin Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Fraud – Subject came to Walton County Sheriff’s Office to make a report that someone reportedly opened a credit card in his name using his social security number.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in Clearwater Estates due to juvenile walking the streets in the early morning hours.

Fraud – Subject at a residence on Double Bridges Rd. reportedly had his information used to obtain three credit cards.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested at a residence on Bradley Gin Rd. Subject reportedly coming on property in early morning hours.

Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Oak Ridge Ln. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Burglary Report- A stove and refrigerator are reportedly missing from a residence on Hudson Rd. Items were taken sometime between 05/21/2015 and 05/27/2015. A dark colored truck with a large white box trailer was seen on location by a neighbor. A heavy set, middle aged, white male was seen loading the stove into the trailer.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested at a residence on Hudson Rd. due to a white male in a white van being parked in front of the residence on 05/27/2015 around 2:30 p.m.

Fire Assist – Walton County deputies assisted Fire Department with traffic reference to a structure fire in a small outbuilding at a residence on Sandra Way.

Accident – An accident occurred in the area of Hwy 11 and Nicholsville Rd. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Arrest – Larry Hardigree was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Barrow County at a residence on Cumberland Tr. following a suspicious person(s) complaint.

Zone 6
Accident – An accident occurred in the area of Hwy 78 and Oconee County Line. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Crosswalk Connect Baptist Church. Church checked. Everything okay.

Arrest – Guy Teel was arrested for outstanding warrants out of Walton County at a residence on Youth Monroe Rd.

Zone 7
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Corinth Christian Church. Church checked. Everything okay.

Accident – An accident occurred in the area of Hwy 81 and Centerhill Church Rd. Accident handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Accident – An accident occurred on private property at a residence on HD Atha Rd. Accident handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 138 and Lakeside Blvd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
