Raphael Warnock, visited the Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin this week after hearing serious complaints about detainee treatment and conditions. Theyā€™re now publicly demanding answers and, in at least one case, calling for the facility to be shut down, citing poor medical care, food, and water for people held there.
