Imagine if you were a senior citizen in a nursing home and NO friends or relatives ever came to visit you…not even for holidays.
Neighbor Love wants to brighten the day of a WHOLE BUNCH of valuable seniors THIS Mother’s Day. Adopt-a-Senior for Mother’s Day is a GREAT way to let a valuable senior know that someone still loves them.
We are hosting a Mother’s Day party and giving gift bags to seniors at Roswell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Neighbor Love will be delivering gift bags of goodies to seniors during a Mother’s Day party on Sunday, May 10th, 11:30am-1:30pm at Roswell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 1109 Green St., Roswell, GA 30075
We will be serving the ladies a meal catered by Carlyle’s Catering and the WOW Factory of Atlanta.
Our goal is to provide a gift bag to EVERY senior woman in Roswell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center totaling 150.
The gift bags will include: a rose, a piece of fruit, a hand-made Mother’s Day Card, and a stuffed animal. (exact contents of gift bag are subject to change according to availability of merchandise and the amount of donations received)
The investment to Adopt-a-Senior for Mother’s Day is just $20 per gift bag. You can sponsor as many seniors as you would like. A donation of ANY amount is appreciated. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.

DEADLINE to Adopt-a-Senior for Mother’s Day is Wednesday, May 6th.
Join us and you can know that you have brightened the day of a valuable senior. And no matter what, PLEASE spread the word about this to ALL of your friends and family. The more exposure we get will help us meet our goal.
IF YOU WANT TO BRING FRIENDS WITH YOU, it is IMPORTANT that you FORWARD this to them and ask them to RSVP separately.

If you would like to join us, you are welcome to join us to deliver your bag to the Seniors.
We could use your help in the following ways:
1) Pray for God’s favor on this service project.
2) Delivering the gift bags, spreading the love of God, to the residents. Adults and their children are welcomed. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
