Australian Man Injured In Marietta Motorcycle Crash

MARIETTA, GA — An Australian man was in critical condition Friday after being injured in a single-motorcycle crash at Cobb Parkway and Austin Avenue, Marietta Police said.

The 27-year-old man, who is from New South Wales, was traveling with a group of motorcycle riders around 5:15 p.m on a 2006 Honda motorcycle northbound on Cobb Parkway, police said.

The man lost control of his motorcycle and was ejected, police said. He was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. There were no other vehicles involved.
