Athletic Republic Marietta is looking for an experienced, energetic Sports Performance Trainer to help launch and lead our new sports performance training center in Marietta.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position and a unique opportunity to join us before we open and help build our training culture from the ground up.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Coach speed, agility, strength, power and athletic development
- Lead and develop other performance coaches
- Conduct athlete assessments and track progress
- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents and coaches
- Work with youth through collegiate athletes and adult clients
Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field with 2+ years of sports performance/strength & conditioning experience. CSCS, NSCA, NASM-PES or similar certification is a plus.

💼 Full-Time Leadership Position
💰 Salary: $44,000–$52,000 based on experience + performance incentive opportunity
📅 Target Start: November 2026
The selected candidate will receive extensive Athletic Republic training and certification and will play a major role in launching our new Marietta location.
