Celebrate Bastille Day with Free Tarts at la Madeleine Marietta

La Madeleine Country French Café is offering guests a free mini Liberté Tart on Tuesday, July 14 for Bastille Day.

WHAT: La Madeleine Country French Café, a local favorite for French country cuisine and pâtisseries, is offering guests a free mini Liberté Tart on Tuesday, July 14.

WHY: July 14 is Bastille Day, the French National Day, commemorating the start of the French Revolution and storming of the Bastille. The day has a strong significance for the French, as it symbolizes the birth of the Republic. The day is celebrated in a similar fashion to the Fourth of July.

In celebration of this French holiday, la Madeleine is treating guests to a free mini Liberté Tart – adorned with fresh blueberries, whipped cream and raspberries – representing the blue, white and red of the French flag.
