Charity Golf Tournament - Alzheimer's Assistance; April 27th at BridgeMill
Seeking Golfers and Businesses to Sponsor or to donate auction / raffle prizes

Attention golfers! We hope you will participate in this tournament / FUNdraiser to benefit the LMK Foundation, a local 501c(3) organization who works to assist families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia. The Foundation provides respite vouchers at no cost to the family which offers much needed rest to the primary caregivers.

Tournament costs $125 per player. Four player scramble format.
Registration 7:45-8:45am. Tee Time - 9:00 AM Lunch included.
