MARIETTA, GA — A two-year girl died Tuesday morning after being struck by an SUV as it was backing out of a garage.Police say Patricia Moran, 57, was backing a Lexus SUV out of a garage at a Greencastle Way residence when she struck the child. Moran was not injured in the collision. She told police she did not see the child. The girl was transported by air ambulance to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite and was pronounced deceased as a result of her injuries.
