DANCETone Fitness uses the hottest music to bring the party! This class combines the use of weights with simple aerobics with isotonics to bring you an engaging workout that focuses on toning the abs, gluts, thighs and arms.

If you have 1-2 lb. hand weights (or Toning Sticks) bring them- if not that’s ok!
