Fortress Builders to Offer New Homes at La Vida Facil
Local builder to offer six new homes priced from $320,000 at Marietta community
Fortress Builders announces that it will begin building six new homes in the La Vida Facil community. Located in Marietta, La Vida Facil is an active adult, 55-plus community with 42 total homes.
The new homes from Fortress Builders will be priced from the $320,000s and will offer single level living. The homes will showcase Fortress Builders’ Desmond and Marilyn floor plans, which include either three or four bedrooms, master bedrooms on the main floor, two-car garages and private patio areas. In addition, the second story will have additional bedrooms for visiting family and friends.
La Vida Facil provides its residents with several amenities including a future clubhouse, and included lawn maintenance, water and sewage services, and garbage collection. The community also has its own Homeowner’s Association.
