Today is HALLOWEEN!!!
Join us at the Smyrna Community Center for our Halloween Inspired Dance Fitness Party! Come decked out in your most comfortable costume, accessories, face or colors and get a good workout in with us before you start your festivities for the night and weekend.
This class will give you a full bodied cardio workout choreographed from easy-to-follow Latin and Reggae based moves with a hip hop/aerobic flair.
We will have energizing drinks to keep you going and a prize for the most creative look of the night! You don’t want to miss out so bring a friend (FOR FREE) and we will see you there!
