Marietta Police Arrest Man Who Said He'd Teach Girls About Womanhood

The Roswell man allegedly claimed he was a nudist. "Do you need a man to help answer your daughters questions?" his ad allegedly asked.

MARIETTA, GA — An undercover Marietta police officer arrested a Roswell man who allegedly took out an ad to teach teenage girls about womanhood.

Norum Michael Cannon was arrested last week at Laurel Park, according to the AJC. Police said Cannon's online ad claimed he was a long-time nudist.

“Do you need a man to help answer your daughters questions?” Cannon allegedly asked in his ad.

When he arrived at the park to meet someone he believed was his first client, he instead was arrested.

Police said the undercover officer exchanged more than 200 text messages with Cannon. He also received photos of a young girl.

Police say Cannon admitted to placing the ad and sending the text. He was charged with computer pornography and booked into Cobb County jail on a $35,000 bond.
