Marietta Trucker Allegedly Threatened White People, Cops Over Radio

Harlan Fisher was arrested in Kentucky after a fellow trucker reported him to police.

A Marietta, GA, man was arrested early Tuesday morning in Kentucky after allegedly threatening white people and cops over a CB radio.

Police arrested Harlan Fisher, 31, at a Shepherdsville, KY, gas station after another trucker reported him, according to the Courier Journal. The trucker told police that Fisher made the threats over a highway radio channel, and that he feared for his own safety and that of police officers.

Police say Fisher became argumentative with them and initially refused to step down from the truck. Fisher was arrested around 2:30 am, at which time police say they found cocaine, marijuana, a pocket knife and other drug paraphernalia in his truck.
