Rachel Marie Gann AKA Marie Ledbetter can't outrun Intensive Manhunt ...Fugitive From Justice Caught and Faces Additional Felony Drug Charge

After an intensive Manhunt, Rachel Marie Gann was arrested by Cobb County Sheriff's Office Investigators April 25, 2015 at approximately 9:45PM near Austell Road & Joyner Avenue near South Cobb Drive in Marietta on charges of Failure to Appear. At the time of her arrest Ms. Gann was already facing 10 counts of Financial Exploitation & Abuse of the Elderly or Disabled, 10 counts of Financial Transaction Card Fraud, Driving on a Suspended License, Driving a Vehicle Without Insurance, Knowingly Driving a Vehicle on a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled Registration, and Failure to Appear. Subsequent to her arrest Ms. Gann was found to be in possession of illegal drugs, and has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. If convicted on all counts she faces well over 230 years in prison and/or over $500,00.oo in fines. Gann, who is known to use numerous aliases, including Rachel Harris, Marie Wilson, and Marie Rachel Ledbetter is accused of stealing from Georgia's Official Great Great Granny during of all months Elderly Abuse Prevention & Awareness Month last year. Although details are sketchy, Gann is not eligible for release due to, among other reasons, a Hold being requested by The Smyrna Police Department. Are additional charges looming ... ?
