Suffering From Osteoarthritis Knee Pain?

You may qualify to participate in a clinical trial and receive compensation

This study is evaluating the efficacy and safety of a treatment in patients with primary Osteoarthritis affecting a single knee.


In order for you to be considered you must meet the following requirements:
40-85 yrs.
BMI ≤ 32
Knee pain present most days of previous 3 months prior to screening
Must use birth control
Must discontinue opioid (if taking low dose/PRN) or other prescription analgesics for OA pain, able to take acetaminophen

Program Information:
A stipend of $50 will be paid per protocol visit
12 weeks / 6 visits
Topical Ointment (placebo controlled) is a sodium channel blocker (drug class) which interferes with the transmission of pain impulses in nerves.
Receive either 4% ointment, 8% ointment, or placebo (inactive ointment) {2 in 3 chance of receiving active ointment & 1 in 3 chance of receiving placebo ointment}
