MARIETTA, GA — Police expect to file charges against a 16-year-old girl who was involved in Tuesday's fatal crash in Cobb County.James Deluca, 68, of Marietta was killed when his motorcycle collided with the girl's Toyota Camry at an intersection near Sandy Plains Road and Holly Springs Road.    Police say the girl was turning left when she struck Deluca's Honda Gold Wing motorcycle. MARIETTA, GA — Police expect to file charges against a 16-year-old girl who was involved in Tuesday's fatal crash in Cobb County.

James Deluca, 68, of Marietta was killed when his motorcycle collided with the girl's Toyota Camry at an intersection near Sandy Plains Road and Holly Springs Road.    Police say the girl was turning left when she struck Deluca's Honda Gold Wing motorcycle. He was taken to Wellstar Kennestone where he later died.
