Drink lots of water, fill a gallon jug and make it a goal to drink it all before bed each day.
Eat healthy and schedule yourself to ingest a small snack about every three hours. This gets your blood sugar levels in a much better range and helps with organ function. Avoid caffiene and alcohol while you cleanse yourself.

Purge the clutter around you. Donate things to an organization that you know does good things for your community. That will bring more organization not only to your space, but to your mind as well.
Go for a walk. While on this walk, notice little animals, the smell of the dirt, the colors that surround you. Make this a worry-free time for yourself and enjoy the beauty that abounds. Be thankful.
Soak your feet in warm tea tree oil. While you feel the warmth, breath in the aroma of the oil. Light a citrus soy candle and enjoy the two smells together, only allowing yourself positive thinking during this time, no matter how much negative is happening in everyday living.
Close your eyes and breath as you stretch. Take a blanket outside, spread it out, lie down and look up at the sky. You will feel the worries and maybe even cry, but the more you focus on slow, deep breathing, you will feel them slip away and become at peace with yourself.
Always remember, you can't change others, but you can change yourself. May peace be with you.
