Three Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle Partners Named Among Top-Rated Family Lawyers in Atlanta

Boyd has practiced exclusively in family law since 1988. He is actively involved in the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section, of which he has previously served as chair. Currently, Boyd is chair of the Georgia chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the West Virginia University College of Law.

Collar is a nationally-recognized family law practitioner, who is active in the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section, the Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the Cobb County Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College, and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Nolen has practiced exclusively in family law since 1986. He is a former chair of both the Atlanta Bar

Association’s and the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Sections. He is past-president of the Charles

Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a life fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia. Nolen earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Alabama, and his master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
