Zaxby's Commercial Stars Marietta Chiropractor

A Marietta chiropractor is turning heads in a Zaxby's commercial advertising its Kickin' Chicken Sandwich Meal.

Jason Pero opened East Cobb Health four years ago, according to the AJC. In the commercial, which you can watch below, he portrays a firefighter who appears to a woman in a lunchroom after her male co-worker makes a sarcastic remark about her meal.

Pero, replete in fireman's garb and holding a kitten, asks, "Is it hot enough?"

The woman answers "smoldering" before saying her name is April. Pero's response: "I'm July" as he flips open a calendar to a picture of himself.

Pero has no plans to quit his day job, but says acting is an enjoyable, creative outlet. He's also giving a percentage of his new patient fees to the Georgia Firefighter Burn Foundation.

Zaxby's is based in Athens, GA, and has more than 700 locations in 16 states.
