Riskalyze CEO Aaron Klein told the Atlanta Business Chronicle that Atlanta’s key selling points included Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and Midtown’s high number of technically skilled workers. The city’s relative proximity to Riskalyze’s large Florida market also helped push the decision towards Atlanta.

Southern Co. said in a release quoted by the AJC that it is one of the most aggressive utility companies pursuing new research, and plans to reach out to universities across the southeast to form more partnerships.
