• 'Pause and Reboot': MoCo land use ordinance delayed for revisions (courierheraldtoday.com) — Montgomery County commissioners have hit pause on a proposed land use ordinance targeting data centers, asking their attorney to broaden it to cover other large industrial projects like solar farms before moving ahead. The move delays any new rules while keeping options open for future development controls, and also sparked public comments urging the board to consider unrelated restrictions tied to concerns about Sharia law.
